It starts with great bread. We use Canadian Manitoba Flour to make our Sub Rolls, with a bit of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Oregano to give a delicious Italian style Bread with real bite.

Customise your order with any or all of our 11 Salad items. These are prepared fresh and include sun-dried tomatoes, Fire Roasted Red Peppers, Olives & Greek Chillis to name a few. 

Like your sandwich grilled? No problem we add  Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese or if you want to further customise your order we can also add our famous Seasoned Hallumi, Feta or Parmesan sliced of the block. 

If your not a bread lover we also hand make salads to same spec as our sandwiches.
